Welcome to AGX2 Logistics, where passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence converge in the dynamic world of logistics. Founded by two extraordinary women, Kim Lessen and Rebecca Ebbecke, AGX2 is a woman-owned logistics company that embodies the spirit of innovation and dedication.
Rebecca's formative years spanned the mountains of Colorado and the farmlands of New Jersey, fostering a deep appreciation for the outdoors. From horseback riding and 4-wheeling to tree climbing and skiing, Rebecca's childhood experiences laid the groundwork for her adventurous spirit. She pursued education at Brandeis University, Western State College of Colorado, and Touro Law School, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Rebecca's career trajectory unfolded in corporate finance, with a focus on the music and public relations industries. In 2016, she entered the logistics realm in Jacksonville, delving into the intricate world of finance and accounting. Through her journey at AGX, Rebecca discovered the thriving entrepreneurial spirit within the logistics arena. This realization, coupled with her passion for the industry, led her to embrace the role of CEO as a part-owner in AGX2.
Kim's roots trace back to Eastern Kentucky, where her childhood was filled with short haul trips alongside her truck-driving father, specializing in flatbed lumber loads. Growing up playing softball and embarking on camping adventures, Kim developed a love for the open road. She pursued her education at the University of Kentucky, graduating with a degree in Psychology in 2005.
Kim's logistics journey commenced in Jacksonville, Florida, where she worked with freight agents as an agent support specialist. Over the next two decades, she cultivated her passion for supporting the agency model, laying the groundwork for her entrepreneurial venture. Recognizing the time was ripe to chart her own course, Kim partnered with Rebecca to bring AGX2 Logistics to life.
